Designed the mobile shopping experience for a large-scale online hypermarket — 90,000+ products across 20+ categories, serving thousands of daily shoppers.

Process

Tackled the core challenge of making a massive product catalog feel simple and fast. Designed intuitive category navigation, a streamlined checkout flow, and bilingual UI (English and Arabic). Iterated extensively on the search and filtering experience.

Solution

A fast, visually clean grocery app with express delivery, multiple payment options (Apple Pay, cash, credit cards, digital wallet), and a personalized home feed. The app earned a 4.3 App Store rating with over 1,300 reviews.
